Previously, due to several postponements, the creators were unable to begin shoot schedules, but it appears that the dynamic combination is finally ready to shoot in full force.
On April 23 morning, acclaimed cinema critic-analyst Sreedhar Pillai announced the wonderful news on his social media channel X.
According to Sreedhar, the team plans to shoot in Delhi after completing many segments of Thug Life in Jaisalmer, which contains some high-octane action sequences.
It has also been claimed that Kamal Haasan will join the shoot schedule in Delhi, which would most likely last more than one or two weeks due to the team’s plans to shoot some major action sequences there as well.

In addition to Kamal Haasan, Thug Life features Dulquer Salmaan, Trisha, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Jayam Ravi, Joju George, Nassar, and many more in prominent roles.
According to prior rumors, Dulquer Salmaan and Jayam Ravi have withdrawn from the historical project owing to other professional obligations.
However, no formal confirmation has been issued by the side creators or performers on this. It has also been reported that Silambarasan TR has replaced Dulquer in the project, although these are simply rumors that suggest his involvement in Kamal Haasan’s period thriller film.
