Chiyaan Vikram will celebrate his 58th birthday today. On this particular anniversary, the actor’s popular film Raavanan will be rereleased in theaters.

Chiyaan Vikram will be 58 on April 17. On this particular day, the actor has decided to surprise his fans by re-releasing his 2010 film Raavanan. Many of the actor’s films are considered masterpieces, but Raavanan stands out as one of the greatest.

The film was shot concurrently in Tamil and Hindi. The principal actors in the Tamil adaptation were Vikram, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and Prithviraj Sukumaran. The film’s Hindi version starring Aishwarya Rai, Vikram, and Abhishek Bachchan.

This year, the actor will appear in two highly awaited films, Thangalaan and Dhruva Natchathiram: Chapter One – Yuddha Kaandam.

Thangalaan was meant to be released this month, but it was pushed back for reasons unknown to the filmmakers. The film takes place under the British reign in India. It follows Thangalaan, a tribal chieftain, as he fights valiantly against the British as they scheme to acquire his territory for gold mining.
