Trisha is a well-known South Indian actress who has appeared in a number of films. Ponniyin Selvan-2 and Thalapathy Vijay‘s LEO are her forthcoming ventures.
The actress is now on tour in India to promote the epic film Ponniyin Selvan: 2, which is based on Kalki’s historical fiction books. She portrays Kundhavai, a Chola dynasty princess, in the film, which is set in the Chola empire. The first installment of the film Ponniyin Selvan: 1 was a box office success.
When Trisha took the stage, the audience began clamouring for information about the next film, Leo. The host also requested the actress to share something about the film, claiming that everyone loves Thalapathy’ Vijay.
“I said it a few days ago at an event, and I can’t say much more right now. But I know you are all huge Thalapathy Vijay fans, and LEO will be a biggest movie. We will discuss more about LEO later, when time is right. The film won’t be out until October, so there will be more time to talk about it!!” Trisha said on promo event from PS-2.
Vijay and Trisha will be seen together on screen after 14 years. LEO is a highly awaited film directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and starring ‘Thalapathy’ Vijay. It boasts a large cast, and production completed last month in Kashmir. The following schedule is presently being filmed by the team. The film’s female lead will be played by actress Trisha.
